Message	Sounds like mommy and daddy want to get him off the hook. But unless they are willing to cover complete repair -AND- some additional dinero for pain and suffering, let it goto their insurance. At the least it'll screw up that little punk's driving record for when he DOES have to pay for the insurance himself. Personally, in any accident I try to get a police report for the record.
